Ms. Kolanjian is a Partner of the firm and concentrates her practice on business transactions, probate, estate planning, and immigration.
Ms. Kolanjian graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in Public Policy in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2006 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors and was an active member and officer of the Armenian Law Students Association.
Ms. Kolanjian worked as an Associate of Baker, Olson, LeCroy & Danielian from 2007 to 2012. In August 2012, she made the transition to in-house practice, serving as general counsel to a privately held transportation company and its affiliates. After a three-year hiatus from BOLD, Ms. Kolanjian rejoined the firm as Partner.
